"This neighborhood is perfect for those who have vehicles or use public transportation. There are two bus stops close by. Also, access to Hwy 64 is also close by. The beach is right down the street. "

"No comment either way. I think dog owners would do just fine in this area. Haven’t seen any complaints. Also there is a big soccer field the dogs can run around in close by. "

"The area appears to be kid friendly. Children play outside and parks and schools are close by. I have lived here for 8 months and look forward to spending a few years in this community. I enjoy having a beach near by that is well maintained. Plenty of conveniences near by. Don’t have to venture far for groceries. "

"There are no sidewalks. Drug addicts and alcoholics roam the street all day and night. Cars fly through the streets with no regard for the people that live on the busy streets"

"The neighborhood started out being quiet and nice but appearances are poor!! As of late the neighborhood has had gun violence. This activity continues to grow and only small changes have been made. Definitely looking to move soon !!"
