In my sons classroom, teacher says her 3 sinks do not work. So she uses hand sanitizer instead. School is constantly thinking up ways to collect $$ for tiny projects that would cost barely any amount to the school.. Or parents could donate.. Rather than things costing $5-$10 for holiday art related projects. Most teachers seem to have a attitude. Sometimes I wonder if they really even have a degree. I just wish I could help with the school or observe one day in the class to see how things are done. Btw, my son has a fire drill about once every two weeks. Including during these cold months! Is that necessary?

If there were a 0 stars rating, I would give it to this school. I am appalled at the educational quality of the school. My child is in all of the highest classes, is in the top 10% of the class from a GPA perspective, but can not write a decent essay or score above the 50th percentile in English or 30th percentile in math on college entrance exams, even though he qualified to take a dual enrollment math class at a community college, where he earned a "C". He has taken them several times. Therefore, he can not qualify for the Zel Miller scholarship. My child does not drink, take drugs or get into any trouble. This is simply a school failing its most motivated students. It's sad.
