It is very easy to walk around here with great restaurants/new cafes to eat + drink and relax in a friendly safe neighborhood. Large front yard and backyard including a fire pit + shed + raised garden beds + with nice looking trees. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the military base and within seconds to the town center plaza where there is a movie theater. We are doing some deep cleaning and renovation this week so available soon within the next 2 weeks. Come check it out this great location! (Also, we decided you can do a 6 month lease if that is better for you too. 1 year or longer is preferable though.)

Tenant responsible for for all utilities such as water, gas, electric, trash, and wifi. Last months rent due at signing. No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking allowed. Parking anywhere. All pets welcomed with additional $50 monthly rent per pet. Also a refundable pet security deposit fee $300. Lastly, refundable security deposit is one month base rent.
Accepting applicants with a credit score of 630 and higher. Must come see the property in person to be considered! Must provide 2 years proof of employment, 3 months of income, and proof of credit score/history. Please do the application as best as possible to make the process easier for everyone.
