"Walking trails, near parks for kids and for dogs, close to university for games and classes, near restaurants, near restaurants, grocery stores, and clothing stores. Will have clubhouse with pool and gym in neighborhood soon. "

"Neighborhood potluck, lots of families, and everyone knows everyone. It’s an easy walk to the park, a great place to exercise, and as long as you’re willing to walk a little ways, you can walk to dinner."
