Our newly built home was shared by six individual family members from three generations for two years, now we all are moving in different directions with our lives. As a family we know longer need this large of a home and it is for this reason we have listed our house For Sale.

Our two year old home construction was completed and purchased in May 2019. Built by Lassen Construction, is in excellent, like new condition! A comfortable two story, 2,010 sq. ft. Living room with natural gas fireplace, dining room and kitchen with granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and kitchen large island with granite countertops as well. Stainless steel gas range with self cleaning oven and center griddle/grill to cook on. Stainless steel dishwasher, and above the range large microwave oven. Main floor open concept boasts vaulted ceilings with skylights bringing natural light throughout. Backyard covered patio access from kitchen, which was recently enlarged to extend a nice patio area and sidewalks and wrought iron fencing and gates were added. Back yard and side yards are completely fenced.
Downstairs living, dining, kitchen and Hallway flooring: Consists of high end, dark, fossilized bamboo; extremely beautiful and easy to take care of. Vinyl dark plank flooring in all bedrooms for easy care.

Upstairs: Large bedroom #3 with half bath, granite countertop and under mounted motion lighting. Huge walk in closet with plenty of extra storage in addition to both bedrooms closets at the top of the stairs. Bedroom #4 across the hall makes nice office space or large enough to be an extra bedroom if needed.

Home includes central air and a natural gas hot water heater, with on demand hot water, no waiting for water to heat up at faucets. Front and backyards both equipped with underground sprinkler systems with timers. Back patio has an outlet for a gas grill for BBQ's to be connected too if you like.

Located near Malabon grade school, Cascade Middle School and Willamette High School, city parks and recreation centers, the bus line and shopping. Walking score is 46 and Transit score is 31.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
