Aside the new central AC the house comes with a newer swamp cooler that's energy efficient and keeps the house fresh throughout the summer. Kitchen has white cabinets with self-closing hinges less than 3 years old with a gray and white granite countertop. Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space yet keeps the open space concept. Kitchen upgrades include a whirlpool stove / oven that works perfect and is energy efficient as well. The kitchen also includes a Whirlpool microwave. New tile installed in the kitchen , living room, hallway, and hallway bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have laminated wood flooring and the other two have carpet. Both bathrooms have been renovated with new cabinets, cabinet tops, and toilets. The property comes with a 8 camera security system that is viewable remotely and could be upgraded to be hardwired instead of wireless. Property has been painted on the inside less than a year ago and along with new baseboard. Home has been mostly weatherized to keep the heat and cold inside. Many new outlets and gfci have been installed along with new plate covers. Solar powered spots lights installed in the back yard, side of the house, and front of the garage for efficiency. Lighting consist of bright LED bulbs. Brush nickel light decor throughout the property and brush nickel handles installed in the kitchen as well.
