Plenty of grass and parking spaces. There is a fenced-in large grassy area in the very back, which borders the elevation drop to Provo giving a beautiful view of Provo and the mountains behind. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to University Parkway/State Street for quick access to both BYU and UVU. Walking distance to University Mall and all of its surrounding venues.

 Crestview's tenants benefit from following its rules. So before you call, please make sure you can follow them: NO smoking/drinking, NO pets, all occupants must be related, and strict quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

 Apartment is available immediately or at the beginning of July. Leasing is for a year and normally lasts from Aug 15 to Aug 14 of the following year.

    "Short but crowded and traffic is thick at certain times of day. I don’t like the traffic but it is convenient to freeway access. Stores are easily accessible and the mall is close. Many restaurants really nearby so many to choose from. Great place for kids too!"

    "Great easy access to everything sometimes the traffic is a pain but bearable. I don’t have to drive that much be everywhere I go is easily accessible the only Problem is State Street gets so jampacked at the time everyone gets off work that sometimes you have to sit through like three and four times to get through."
