    "Very quiet little town, neighbors look out for each other. Only 30 Min drive into Kansas City and 20 Min drive to St. Joseph. This is like small town living with close by shopping. 1 Post Office, 1 Bank, 1 Gas Station. It is so quiet here in you can actually hear the birds, day and evening. Schools are great. An excellent place to raise kids or retire. Safe environment."
