"It’s pretty hood. Lots of homeless people, drug addicts and aggressive people. There are many families too. Every weekend is loud, parties till 5am with little respect for neighbors. I wouldn’t recommend moving here if you want peace, safety, calm or a respectful environment. "

"it's very far from everything I'm staying here temporarily but unless you live near Jamaica queens or long Island or drive your car all the time it's too difficult to get around, neighborhood is clean and quiet which I love but no vegan food in the neighborhood is a big inconvenience "

"It used to be extremely diverse... However, all the diversity is slowly being pushed out. parking is atrocious as it is. But, these residents take up multiple spaces and utilize orange traffic cones to preserve parking spaces."
