* No Smoking: No Smoking anywhere on the premises

* No long term stays without explicit permission of landlord.
* Base occupancy is 1 person.
* Maximum occupancy is 2 ppl.

Our fully fenced-in property is located off a pedestrian walkway. Access entry # 1 has about a ten step walk-down and Access entry # 2 has one/two small steps depending on which path you choose.

Street parking only (Street parking is usual plentiful)

0.7 miles to UC Berkeley (7-12) Min walk to UC Berkeley

Monthly rent: $3,750 (includes utilities: water, garbage, Gardner, PG&E (except EV charging)
Security Deposit: $6000 (accepted as a Cashiers Check)
Pet Security Deposit: Dog = $500, Cat = $250 (generally however if pets are larger this is subject to change)
Applicant pays application fee
To move in, we ask for Security Deposit/s (if you have a pet then a pet deposit and pet rent which is a flat 50$ monthly fee) as well as First Month's rent.

Minimum one-year lease, then month to month.

* Good Access to major highways, 13, 580, 80, and 24 Two-block
