What Locals Say about Williams Ranch

  • Dee G.
"We have a beautiful park nearby! We also have a beautiful view of our agricultural fields! It’s a great place to live! "
  • Visionhomeinvest
"I only like farmers markets. Not big on community events. I may attend food events as well that’s all however."
  • Dee G.
"Cultural events, family values, community agencies are accessible, parks, shopping centers, schools, and friends"
  • svenbrendel
"Notwithstanding the reputation of North Salinas, Creekbridge is a wonderful place to live if you seek a quiet, relaxed suburban live-style in a lush, safe and well kept environment. Most streets are tree lined, green belts and trails run throughout the neighborhood, every piece of open area - including every street median and verge - is fully covered with trees, manicured lawn, and bushes and the creeks that separate the area from the rest of the city are linked with a wonderfully mature old growth forest. Neither the crime nor traffic of the city tends to come out here - other than through 3 thoroughfares the area is not connect to the rest of the city's street grid. The Creekbridge village, which anchors the community, has most of the convenience for everyday living without requiring a trip in the city. A nice plus is being able to hear frogs at night from one of the two creeks, if you live right by one or find yourself walking along one of the creek-side trails."
  • svenbrendel
"Leafy, quiet and peaceful suburban living, all around the "village center" - feels like a different town within the city."
