To make more room in the elementary schools, Summit opened two Primary Centers for preschool &kindergarten. Those living in the Franklin, Washington and half of Lincoln Hubbard district send their children to the Wilson Primary Center for preschool and kindergarten. Those in the Brayton, Jefferson and the other half of the Lincoln Hubbard districts go to the Jefferson Primary Center. We have been at the Jefferson Primary Center for two years and have been pleased with it. The principal, Felix Gill, all the teachers and support staff have made these years wonderful for our child. Everyone is very dedicated to the children in their care. Summit kindergarten is a half day program, but there is a private program called Kinderquest (run by the Connection) offered on site at both Primary Centers that will make it a full day for the kindergarten kids. Love it! Cons-pickkup needs improvement.

I think this school is fantastic and that the greatschools.com rating is misleading. Sports and coaches here are top notch. If you’re looking for really good academics along with excellent sports, this is your school. They consistently send students to top tier college programs for DIV I in a range of sports and are consistently competing for the Tournament of Champions in boys and girls sports.

Currently, there is one girls bathroom open and almost all the boys bathrooms are open.

Great school with excellent teachers. Class sizes have gone up but there is still availability of computer room, art class room, .. Principal reaches out to teachers, staff and parents.
