About this House

I bought this home in 2020 and am planning to do a lot of traveling and working on a new business project upstate. It's a lot of space for just me with my current lifestyle. I'm looking for the perfect couple or family for this beautiful living space. NO ROOMMATES!

This is a three bedroom, 1 bath home with a separate small office nook near the living room. Rent is $2900 and includes one driveway parking spot, water and internet. Tenant responsible for gas/electric. and all utilities.

This home has lots of natural light in the living area. There is a two-year old private washer/dryer.

There is a very clean park for kids directly behind the house. And Secaucus is one of the top rated locations for public schools. Check out niche.com. There are tennis and basketball courts nearby.

The home comes with a built-in 75" television and two bookshelves in the living room. Other furniture may be included upon request.

No pets allowed! No smoking inside of the home. There are steps to get to the 2nd floor but they are not exposed to the living space in case you have small children.

I have a plot at the community garden (organic) that you're welcome to harvest from, especially if you help out with summer waterings when I'm traveling. There is an awesome community center with an outdoor waterpark in the summer and indoor gym, track and lap pool.

The home is a 15-minute drive to NYC (not during rush hour), 12-minute train ride from Secaucus Junction. I typically bike to the train station (10 mins or less) but you can also walk there in about 20-25 minutes. There is also a bus nearby that goes to Port Authority. There is also a parking lot at Secaucus Junction that is only a 4-5 min drive from the home.

Looking for a small family seeking a long-term secure home. The access is keyless using smart locks and there are keys to lock the main door of the apartment within the home.

Credit check and application $30 and interview required! Move-in September 1 or later. Not looking to rush someone here. Looking for the right people to live in a home I love. Must supply 1st month and 1 month security deposit to move in.

Showings by appointment only!

One-year lease. First month and security due at lease signing.

No smoking or pets permitted. Lease voided if this is violated.

PSEG is usually around $250 a month on a fixed plan; water and internet is paid for.

Parking in the driveway or in front of the home. Street parking requires a Secaucus permit which can only be done if driver's license has a Secaucus address.

"Itโ€™s very hard to find pet friendly rentals in this area. Iโ€™ve been looking for quite awhile and have only ever found that while rare, landlords are charging expensive dogs fees, dog rent and have a quantity, weight and breed restriction. "
  • Hamdy S. E.
"There are plenty of dogs around. People don't seem to mind them. My landlord doesn't allow dog's, but I don't really want one either. "
