Everyone is extremely friendly and truly do their best to take care of their homes and their community. I highly suggest this neighborhood to anyone looking for a quiet, diverse and family friendly place to live."

"My neighborhood has a combination of old and new homes. The old homes have wonderful features that you don’t normally see. Access to interstate can be tricky due to the military gates in the area. "

"It's a generally quiet area. There are parks nearby and the Navy base is very close. Ocean View beach is only minutes away. Don't miss the St Patrick's Day parade that takes place right in our neighborhood!"

"This area is an nice established neighborhood. The elementary school is an excellent blue ribbon school. It is close to the Navy Base, gate 4. Shopping and restaurants are just a quick drive up tidewater, and the beach is also really close. Overall, it is a wonderful area to live in."
