"It’s a small, rural country town with a small school. Only 100 students. Great teachers. The town is an old colonial town. The first house was established in 1765, before this country was a country! Wells has an annual town fair with rides and lots of carnival food. They have a Memorial Day parade every year as well with antique tractors, horses with riders, floats and bands! "
