All of birds of VA will call your back yard home especially humming birds, blue birds, and cardinals. This is the ultimate privacy location and while being 15 minutes from downtown. A stream borders the backyard and many edible plants grow naturally here along with fish and some crawfish. There is a two person tub and shower in the Master bathroom. Walk in closet in the Master bedroom. The home has had numerous updates in the last 4+ years. Lots of open land and heavy wooded. Years of fire wood already cut down and would need minimal work to get ready for the wood stove. Utilities run low in the Winter (Less than $300) if you use the wood stove to offset your heating bill. The basement doubles as a living room and is a cool escape from the hot heat of the Summer with only running a dehumidifier and one fan. The basement would make a great mother-in-law suit or just a fourth bedroom. There is an office in the basement. Xfinity Wi-Fi, grocery delivery is under $10 per month and saves trips to the grocery store. Aldi/Wal-Mart/Target are 25 minutes away Martins is only 15 minutes. You can drop your own trash off for free or pay for a trash pick up service. Taxes are much lower here than within Front Royal city limits. This is considered Warren County but part of Front Royal. There is no garage but plenty of room for a car port and there is massive storage in the basement bigger than most garages plus the shed has power and doubles as a workshop and comes with a work table. There is an unfinished part of the basement that also makes for a great work area for the DIYer during the Winter. The views change here every season. The best view is right after it snows as you can see mountain ranges for miles. These views are unique for the neighborhood as the house sits up high at the end of a small ridge surrounded by the Shenandoah River which can be seen cleared during Fall/Winter/Early Spring only. There are three decks on this properly all have been painted recently and are in good shape. There are no HOA restrictions and you can have any animals you want. New large cleared area on flattest part of the property approx. 6400 sqft. 25 minutes from i66. Counters and floors are nice but show signs of wear in certain spots and we will happily provide a credit if you don't like them and want to update either. We want you to enjoy your new home the way you would build it rather than have us pick them out. We already have multiple quotes from Lowes if you want this done. The septic was recently pumped and needs to be drained at most every 3 years. This is well water and it tested safe to drink four years ago and has been used for drinking ever since with no problems. The new fridge has a brand new water filter in it plus the water is filtered before it enters any water line. Dishwasher is new and the oven is 3 years old. We installed a new pressure tank to ensure good water pressure and a radon reduction system to keep the basement a safe place to work year round. We will happily take you on a tour of the entire property so you know everything you're getting. The neighbors are nice and leave you alone. There are only two neighbors beyond this point and the street ends in a roundabout. There is a great convenient store 5 minutes away which sells gas, groceries and beer.

My child was physically assaulted by students multiple times and when brought to staff attention it wasn't properly addressed. Twice my child was harmed and I wasn't called by the school or contacted until after I called the school.
