Renting my 2 bedroom townhouse in Draper. Only two people have ever lived in it since it was built in 1998! I purchased it from the original owner in 2020 and lived there until I moved a few months ago. He used at as a second home so it was pretty much a time capsule from the late 90's when I purchased it. The neighborhood is awesome. Lots of families and kids around. The neighbors are all great and I'm going to miss them. There is access to the I-15 in two different places super close. The strip mall right down the street has great stores and restaurants and the biggest and nicest Harmons I've ever been in. Has central air A/C with a Nest thermostat. A tankless hot water heater and a water softener. A reverse osmosis drinking water system in the kitchen. Washer and dryer is included and is upstairs by the bedrooms which is great. Has a connected one car garage with a brand new opener with a keypad outside. There is room to park two cars behind each other in the driveway as well as street parking. Amazing views from the upstairs bedrooms and back deck. Entire house is hardwood floors except for the stairs. Google Fiber is already installed and ready to go. If you prefer xfinity their stuff is outside too. Clean and ready to move in now. I love this place and was sad to have to move out. Honestly I just really hope to rent it to someone who wont trash it and is a descent human being.
