Description

Centrally located and commercially zoned. This enourmous 4 story stone building was most recently used as a church. Many existing solid oak structures remain. Possible uses include a banquet hall, theater, bed and breakfast etc. A great purchase at this price.

Brokered And Advertised By: Greylock Realty Group, LLC
Listing Agent: Erik R. Pizani

"Easy walk to full-service grocery store, Main St., library. Public transportation inexpensive and convenient. "
• Donna M.
"There has been an increase in dog owners in North Adams over the more recent years. It is nice to have a dog park locally situated. However, it most definitely is too small for the sizes of dogs that may be there. I've been to a few in the South that have entrances to separate the sizes for safety measures. Two areas separated only by the same fencing but allowing safer pleasant excercise and socialization of both pets and pet owners. I have heard many are interested in the River St dog park. I suggest an enlargement if possible. I would also like for proper dog waste bags receptacles be placed randomly through town to increase the cleanliness of this town increasing the results of loving our pets and our Home Town ."
• Casey A.
"Lots of children in neighborhood. I love the dead end road privacy and hiking nearby. Walking distance to downtown "
• Casey A.
"I’ve lived in this area for 3 years and it’s a nice neighborhood with a lot of kids. Quiet towards the dead end part but the hill is rough"
• Michelle M.
"We need more clean dog parks and doggy day car facilities. The town is very friendly to dog owners however. "
• Gcarrera.mail
"I love North Adams; it is an exciting community in the heart of the Berkshires. North Adams combines the charm of a small town and the smarts a college town with a cool art scene."
• Budmadness
"The area is a great place to raise children and settle down in a community that is very quiet and never changes if you like the pleasant relaxing country living."
• Debra C.
"Mass MOCA is right down the street. concerts galore. Show cars, farmers market, and beach on the street (for kids) to low crime makes it special."
• Cynthia Q.
"My commute is a 20 minute drive along a main two-lane road. There are four traffic lights, and those can take a while if you get to them at the wrong moment, but for the most part it’s a beautiful road. You can see the mountains on either side of the valley, and the local NPR station comes in well, so the drive is a pleasant transition between work and home."
• Cynthia Q.
"I drive about fifteen minutes to work each day, and it’s a peaceful drive with few stoplights and minimal traffic."
• Casey A.
"Cherry street has many children and they hold a annual block party on their street. It’s nice for family’s "
• Casey A.
"My neighborhood is quiet with friendly people. Lots of children of all ages, dogs and new home owners. "
• Matthewengland77
"Great location. long know mill history and newly renovated mills filled with some of the most popular museums in the world. Very upcoming area and exciting to watch!"
