Renovated historic property in downtown Abingdon. Steps from restaurants, shopping, Creeper Trail and courthouse. Off Street parking on alley. New heat/air, kitchen, and bathroom. All appliances are included. Great location with nice backyard. Hardwood and tile throughout. Originally a log cabin renovated by others over the years. We renovated and updated completely in 2015 with a new roof in 2021. Well maintained and charming.

Renter pays for all utilities which must be changed to their names. Renter is also responsible for yard care. Parking is off street in back of property. All appliances are relatively new and maintained by the owner. 12 month lease is suggested, but a shorter lease might be negotiated.

    "I have lived here in this town all my life. It's a busy town with a lot of historical places and events. The public transit is a great way to get where you need to go as long as it's in the town limits. For the most part the neighbors are friendly and businesses continue to grow. We have a excellent public library and many great schools which are safe. If you are not a resident at least come for a visit. I feel lucky to be able to say how much I love this area and am able to pass it on to the public of what a great town this truly is."
