This school is run like a fraternity/sorority club. It's not what you know that counts, but WHO you know. They have no interest in what degree or experience someone has, but who's your cousin/aunt/child/buddy. And it sure does show up in the poor quality of the overall environment. Moral here is in the gutter.

This school is run more like a fraternity/sorority than a professional establishment. It does not matter what you know or what experience or degree you have, but who's your buddy/cousin/child/wife, etc. This shows up in the poor quality of leadership and the low morale of staff. Hiring and promotions are based on your popularity with upper administrators. Rules and policies don't apply fairly across the board. One person will be fired for doing the exact same thing that an upper administrator's buddy or relative does, and the buddy remains employed. The grievance process is a joke because the union representatives are routinely swayed with favors. I have seen better administration in third world countries.
