Description

Well maintained home in Lake Balboa. This home has many upgrades including an earthquake retrofit. The house itself is bright. The living room is spacious with large front windows to let in the sunlight. The second bedroom has a small walk in closet. There is a separate eat in kitchen with a refrigerator and oven range. There are washer Dryer hook ups in the separate mud room. The back yard has a large covered patio and a large fenced in yard with roses, flowering trees, tangerine and lemon trees.This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath front main house. There is an 8 and 6 foot fence in the back for privacy. You should only see the other tenant in the large driveway.We are pet friendly and welcome friendly well behaved pets. We are not so much concerned with the size but they must not be aggressive towards other people. (Jumping is okay with me.) This home has a fully fenced in yard. Great for dogs. Cats also very welcome:)

There is off street parking and usually plenty of on street parking available. Depending on the size of your cars you may have space for two cars. The driveway is now a new cement driveway. There is easy freeway access to the 405, 101 and 118. We are close to all shopping, transportation and Lake Balboa park.

This property is still being worked on and won't be available until 7/18/26 but we are actively showing the home.

Some of the photos are older and may be different. For example, the home has beautiful hard wood LVP flooring through out. There is no carpet. Some of the wall colors and window dressings may be different. Please feel free to ask question before scheduling a tour. We do show by appointment. We look forward to hearing from you.
