I love CMS, the faculty and staff are so wonderful as the kids transition from elementary school and then again into highschool.

Bonner Springs High School is truly a special place that goes beyond academics—it builds character, leadership, and a strong sense of community. They are not only knowledgeable but also supportive and approachable, always willing to give extra help or encouragement when needed.The school offers a wide variety of opportunities for students to thrive—whether it’s through academics, athletics, fine arts, or student leadership. There’s something for everyone to get involved in, and the staff does a phenomenal job of making sure each student feels included and valued.What makes BSHS stand out most is the culture of pride and unity. You can feel the energy at games, events, and assemblies—students, staff, and the community come together to celebrate each other’s accomplishments. It’s inspiring to be part of a school where teamwork, spirit, and respect are so strong.Bonner Springs High School doesn’t just prepare you for graduation—it prepares you for life. Students leave here not only with knowledge but with confidence, leadership skills, and lifelong memories. I couldn’t be more proud to recommend this school!

This place needs new management. Entire classes get punished if several students act out. Recess cannot be taken from 22 students because the “teacher” can’t control a few bad students. This school allows bullying and plays it off when brought up. The superintendent refuses to acknowledge issues, which is probably why this place is terrible. They won’t allow kids to wear costumes on Halloween. A school should not be anti children. Avoid this place if possible.
