This is my second home used only for vacation, which has never been rented out since 2009 because of my work assignment overseas and later for my vacation since my retirement in Hollywood Beach, Florida. To all realtors, would you please do not try to call me to get the listing because of my very bad disappointments with the previous agents since 2014. I do apologize to state that, but it's the fact, which four of the five previous agents were trying to get the entire commission for themselves. The building has two laundry rooms.
