This is our family home for 59 years and now it is time to let another family make lifelong memories here. I will be listing the home “For Sale by Owner” for my Mom, who has moved to assisted living recently.

The home is listed as a 2,150 Total SF (Primary 1,400 SF and 750 SF finished basement), 3BR, 1 3/4 Bath, 2-Car Garage (525 SF), 3rd Pad driveway, kitchen pantry, large deck, fenced yard, basement 3/4 bath; and a storage shed (Tuff Shed).

Included in the sale are the following appliances: Washer & dryer; refrigerator; built-in microwave; oven/range; large freezer; and a gas oven/range in the basement - that I cannot attest for as it has not been used in several years.

Large lot with well trimmed mature trees. Front lawn and landscape needs some attention, but backyard is fenced with a nice lawn.

The kitchen was renovated approximately 15 years ago. Basement was finished in the early 70’s. The plumbing serving the kitchen was replaced with new plastic pipe a few years ago. Both toilets were upgraded to Gerber fixtures approximately 7 years ago. The HVAC system was installed in 2017 by Macintosh Heating and Cooling. The home is full brick with vinyl soffits and eaves. The home has dual pane thermal windows throughout the upstairs.

The home has opportunity to refresh and update to the the new owners preferences. The goodness is that if you want hardwood floors, just pull up the carpet in the front room, hallway, and bedrooms and they are ready to be refinished and brought back to their original state.
