The partial wrap around front porch utilizes "no-maintanace" vinyl and aluminum railings and posts. The exterior of the house is completely bricked eliminating the need for maintenance or painting. All appliances are included (washer, dryer, freezer, microwave, gas stove/oven and refrigerator).
In addition to the home there is a 30' x 40' metal building about 200 feet from the house, built with steel trusses and a poured concrete floor. This building serves as an additional garage and workshop. The metal building is wired for 200 amps as is the house. There is a total 400 amp service to the property.
