  • Happygardner8
"We live a block from the fabulous Sundial recreation center. We swim each day and take Aqua fit classes and gym classes. Great neighbors that walk their dogs and chat . Very quiet and cozy place to live safely. "
  • Happygardner8
"Itโ€™s a quiet area of well maintained homes. Lots of birds singing and sunny days. Friendly dog people walking everywhere . Sundial Recreation center across the avenue completes the inclusive community. "
  • Kathy Eis
"No kids, it s quiet. Iโ€™m retired and kids arenโ€™t allowed to,live here. We have trains and jets and coyotes but they were here long before these houses were. I love hearing the jets. The trains donโ€™t bother me either they are 3 houses away from me. If I didnโ€™t want to hear them I should not have moved here."
  • Sandra Byrne
"This is a senior development. It is 55 and older. We have numerous golf courses and recreational areas. There are many activities for seniors to participate in. Shopping is close by from numerous markets. Bank and gas stations are easy to get to. "
  • Dogdaysx3
"Pick up after there dogs when they poop For those that do pickup after there dogs they thanked it home and not drop it in other peoples trash cans and not let there dogs run all over peoples yards with those expandable Leashes. "
  • Happygardner8
"The only kids around here are grandkids. Itโ€™s a 55+ restricted community. I wish we had trick or treating, I love to see all the happy children. "
  • Lisa S.
"Itโ€™s a retirement community but younger people are moving in. My neighborhood has really friendly people and itโ€™s very quiet."
  • Danicadstrand

  • Denneboom
"Dog owners in Sun City really love to take their dogs to the dog park to exercise and socialize and visit with other socially oriented dogs that live in the adjacent areas and frequent the dog park."
  • K.nicker54
"Dogs are always welcome. Most of us have dogs. People are extremely friendly and seem to love animals. The only downfall is in the summer, the sidewalks very hot when we get into the 100โ€™s"
  • Sonny P.
"Excellent, even with rush hour traffic! I only drive three streets over 20 miles, and outside of the regular, less than stellar drivers, it's a simple drive."
  • Lynn M.
"I work from home. I don't commute anymore which is wonderful!! People use Peoria Ave instead of Dunlap and it's very busy road with speeders all the time!!"
  • Kathy C.
"Dogs are always welcome here... just watch out for the wildlife from time to time.... if your elderly you would be content though... "
  • Phoenixchiefsfan

  • Wregula

"I've lived here for 3yrs going on 4yrs ... it's Great ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜... live right across Fry's grocery store and such... Everyone is friendly here ... live across the street from Boswell hospital too... "
  • Wiredmetal
"Iโ€™m retired so my commute to a Sun City Recreation Center is where I go to for my hobby of silversmithing. The commute is easy with little traffic except during when snow birds arrive. The roads and parking becomes more crowded. Parking at grocery stores during snow bird visits is difficult. "
  • Billie C.
"Coyotes and traffic...no backyards . not many other areas for dogs to socialize. there should be potty stations "
  • Sharon M.
"Mini dog walkers and dogs are always on leash dog owners would like the neighborhood sometimes neighbors donโ€™t like barking dogs"
  • Kathy C.
"I rent here and love the area... I could walk across the street to a restaurant or store... very convenient..."
  • King
"Only dogs under 30 lbs allowed in this community. Barking dogs are not welcomed. Dogs must be leashed. Nice people live here. If you are not a nice person donโ€™t buy in this community."
