About this House

This ground floor, bi-level condo is located in walking distance to the boardwalk, downtown, and Wharf.

There is a good-sized bedroom located upstairs with an adjoining bathroom. The unit has a washer/dryer in the unit and tons of storage: the bathroom has a large closet, there is a linen closet in the hallway as well as additional storage above the side-by-side Washer/Dryer, which are located in a hallway closet and there is storage space on the patio as well as off the garage parking spot.

The kitchen has all electric appliances and a large pantry. There is heating with individual baseboard heaters throughout and a gas fireplace in the living room. This home has a lovely patio, which oversees the pool. Sorry, but no pets.

The unit is located in an enclosed, secure community, which has a pool. There is one assigned garage parking spot (which has more room for storage) and there is a lot of additional parking on site as well. The community is quiet and well taken care of.

We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers.

We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.

Our office participates in the Pet Screening service, ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE A PROFILE EVEN IF THERE ARE NO PETS IN THE HOME.

    "Lived here for 2 years. Just off the beach. Cars are broken into regularly. I never leave anything in my car to prevent break ins. Bikes are stolen all the time. And if our apartment wasn’t hidden behind a large house I would worry about being broken into. It’s a hippy city and surfer and bro mentality or old ppl who don’t want it to change EVER ....the beach aspect is nice. But we are moving soon and I won’t be sad to leave. "
