    "Standard congestion issues during my commutes. Max trains and Union Pacific trains at grade level during commutes appear to back up road vehicle traffic flow. Mass transit is no help to people with kids that need to be driven to school and then go to work, not having the Orange line go straight to NE PDX keeps it from being of value. "
