House is located at the end of a culdesac. Very quite and cozy neighborhood with no through traffic. Great for all family types. The house comes with new A.C, water heater. House comes with stainless steel appliances. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Full functioning fireplace. Granite countertops. Tile and hardwood floors. Fenced in yard.

Renters are responsible for water, sewer, electric, cable, internet, and lawn. First and last month is due at time of move in. $250 non refundable pet deposit. Two animals max. No painting the main living room, dining, family or kitchen areas. Nothing more than a small nail in the walls when hanging things. Gutters and Roof need to be cleaned off min 4 times a year. A.C filter needs to be changed out every 6 weeks. A.C can NEVER be set higher than 78. If the A.C does not run there is a risk of mold growing.

There’s a hospital and pharmacy close by and there’s lots of thrift stores and restaurants but it’s a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors do not get in your personal space at your residence "

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
