I have worked at this school on multiple occasions, and the staff and teachers are extremely rude. Not to mention, they show little concern for students with special needs, which is unacceptable. Teachers openly discuss parents in the classroom in front of students. There is minimal actual teaching; instruction is primarily done through a TV, and some teachers do not even allow students to be expressive during dance or exercise videos.It seems they only show care for the children outdoors, where parents can see them. Indoors, the environment is completely different, and I would not recommend this school at all. I worked in a classroom with a special needs student who clearly required assistance, yet he was left without support for the entire four-hour class. There was no learning or engagement—only staff yelling at him to stop when he was exhibiting behaviors related to his disability.These are first graders who are still learning, yet the teachers spend most of the time yelling, without offering any positive reinforcement or kindness. It is very disheartening to witness. I attempted to report this behavior, but because I work for a separate company, I was limited in what I could do. Although I reported the teachers’ conduct, the response I received claimed I was the one at fault.As for the principal, he is equally rude and disrespectful. I strongly advise against enrolling your child at this school. The only time I see the students genuinely happy is when they are freely playing on the playground. Speaking from direct experience and past interactions, this is the worst school I have worked at.
