"its comfortable, crime rate is low. great place to raise a family but the cost of living here is very high. people are friendly. streets are clean. parks and lakes are beautiful. commuting is terrible. we have to pay for shopping bags at grocery stores. sometimes you have to go to Drs. in far away locations because most the Drs here are private Drs."

"School system is above average. Crime rate is low. People are friendly. Lots of churches. New community center. Housing is affordable. Property taxes are not too bad for NJ. Long Beach Island is minutes away. Beautiful beaches, great fun and very family oriented."

"No I do not think they have public transportation mostly vacation placeI think you must have a vehicle in order to travel around and go to the restaurant and the beach and other events"

"Very active community. Lots of people walking, biking, running, all year round. Speed limit is low and the police take it very seriously. Monitor speeding all the time"

"Nice quiet place to vacation in. Great for rentals during summer season, had a great time with my family. Went out for a jog every day during the evening but had to use the shoulders of the road cause there are no sidewalks."

"Friendly neighbors, on the water(3min.) to the Bay, Great restaurants and shopping, Doctors, a Hospital, Church’s, and ten Minuets to the beach. No crime to speak of and Great Police Dept. What more could you ask for."
