We are currently under a major renovation of the grounds of the this building, the work will be finished in the next month or so (essentially just after you move in). These rennovations will make it one of the nicest courtyards and exteriors of any buildings in the area. How many people can say they have their own professionally landscaped outdoor patio area at their apartment?

The building has a great backyard and huge front patio to enjoy the nice Colorado weather. We have community gardens in the back yard if you would like to grow vegetables in the summer. It has free off-street parking and the neighborhood has ample and easy street parking as well. The building is located conveniently to get on the highway to get to the mountains or any other part of Denver you would like to go.

It is near a bus stop and light rail so public transportation is easy. It is also only 2 miles to the center of downtown, so you can walk to Rockies games and all the downtown/LoDo action. It is just a handful of blocks from the Rino arts district, so there are unlimited options for dining and drinking. Walking distance to City Park and just minutes from most of the other great neighborhoods around Denver. Truly a great location!

    "Want to be close to downtown but don't want to have to deal with the crazy traffic? Are you and your friends sick of trying to find street parking? Then Whittier is a great place for you. I ride my bike 10 minutes into downtown (less than a mile) or walk, but when I leave to drive somewhere the traffic is pretty light and easy to get around. The lightrail also stops in Whittier so that makes it easy to get other places in Denver as well. Love living here"
