Click on Apply Now, fill out application. Each applicant must enter their own valid email address. After part one is submitted, it can take a few minutes and up to a few hours to receive email requesting permission to view credit.

Once you finish step one, you will get an email from us requesting permission to view your credit.

Step two: Upon reception of email, follow the directions and instructions located on email to complete the second part of application. You will be prompted for payment. Then it will take a couple hours for us to receive credit report. At this point you are done.

Credit checks are $15
per adult and each occupant over 18y must complete one.

The police don't show up when you call, especially for loud parties after midnight or fireworks being shot off at all hours of the night, even though they are illegal here and a huge fire risk"

Area still has room for growth so it isn’t crowded, and the planning seems to be accounting well for population expansion."
