    "Its one of the best area's I ever lived upon. Folks are really nice, plenty to do, bay is great, food is fantastic. Sort of Mayberry type of town. Downtown section is getting very nice. Nothing bad. Type of place where you can let your grandkid sit on your lap while driving down the road. Ok, honestly, I did it several times. Sorry kids."
