Description

This is a ground floor, in-law apartment, that is very private, peaceful, and cozy. It is located in the Lorin District of South Berkeley and is nestled into the back-yard of a fully fenced-in and well tended Victorian home and garden.

This apartment is just under 600 square feet. Landlord provides free internet, garbage, and water. There are no hidden fees.

Pets are welcome with additional fees.

The apartment is sunny, as there are ample windows. French doors lead onto a private stone patio that is framed with morning glory, jasmine, trumpet vines, echium, aloe vera, datura angels trumpet, and succulents.

Because of the location of the multiple windows, your outside patio becomes an integral part of your everyday, inside, living experience.

Both the main home, a studio, and the in-law apartment sit entirely enclosed together, within a shared fenced-in garden with multiple trees (cherry, two lemons, orange, avocado, and others), multiple seating areas, wooden benches, and a hammock. Because we are currently in the winter season, many of the trees have lost their leaves. Spring will bring them back, as well as many flowers etc.

No cigarette smoking is allowed. Landlord lives on site in a separate house and studio. There is also a large wonderful friendly pet dog living at the main home.

Applicants should have a minimum credit score of 650 and sufficient monthly income that reflects the ability to pay rent.

From helping the elderly to supporting the youth it's one big fest of communities colliding together and having each other backs. Let's not forget the big parties and many fusion restaurants they have to offer. With its diversity of multicultural foods the possibilities are endless and of course let's not forget our classics to New York style pizza to traditional Mexican cuisine it's an abyss of nothing but delicious food coming your way "
