    "Lost Creek Ranch is in a great location for all the activities that take place in your daily life. It is very safe, clean, and the homeowners take great pride in their property. Almost all houses are situated within walking distance of one of the neighborhood parks. We live close to the ponds/fountains and love taking walks there. The community swimming pool is a wonderful retreat and is a great way to have a pool, but not have to spend the time maintaining it. Overall, the homes are well built and the yards are easy to maintain which is important to us since we are a busy family. The Homeowner's Association plans social events which are great for meeting your neighbors. The schools are very good and convenient. There are several churches and grocery stores nearby, large shopping areas on Stacy Road (east of Hwy 75) which includes Target, Best Buy, PetSmart, a movie theater, JC Penney, Macy's, The Container Store, and several restaurants. Also nearby is the Allen Premium Outlets. We enjoy the Watters Creek area for eating out and listening to the free music events. We looked at a few other neighborhoods in Allen when we were searching for a home. In our opinion, none of the other neighborhoods matched the combination of affordability, quality, and overall liveability that Lost Creek Ranch offers."
