Description

When looking at house online, statistics are incorrect. The house is 3900 sq feet, there is four bedrooms plus Arizona/recreational room. The outside is all brick with an east coast feel. Tangelo trees in front and backyard. Backyard is kids paradise. A gated pool with spring diving board--waterfall and pool side furniture. Several shade trees with sofa swing in yard, top of the line playground equipment, playhouse with own ac unit, and cement slab to draw on. Two sheds in the backyard. Upstairs bedrooms are huge, one with two closets and french doors leading out to a deck looking over backyard. Phone jacks in both upstairs bedrooms and ceiling fans. House has been completely remodeled in 2005 when we purchased the house. Windows and doors added, walls taken down, complete new kitchen and much much more!!!

Neighborhood Description

Neighborhood is very walkable and kept up. Neighbors are extremely friends and family oriented. They know what is going on within the neighborhood, community and surrounding areas. Each house is different styles, lots of tudor style house and yards are kept up. Great neighborhood for family bike ride or stroll in the evening. Mountain View high school is a top rated public school, highest graduation rate in Arizona, and very high rate of student going to college right after high school.

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail.
