    "Very child friendly. No sidewalks so be stern about road rules and how to react to cars around them that may or may not be fully paying attention and/or speeding. Not well lit so sundown rules work best. Rather deep drainage ditches so mind the rookies and special needs closely. There’s many helpers and friendly houses regardless of appearance. Currently seeing fast growth of new builds/drops. "

The location is central to everything with short drives to downtown or the beach, and grocery stores and a gym in walking distance. But most neighbors are nice and friendly. Jacksonville is growing rapidly. I’ll miss the quiet and safe neighborhood. Hopefully it doesn’t get to bad. "
