Description

The 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment also has a storage room with washer and dryer connections. The walls and parti-walls are fully insulated for fire and sound protection. Windows are thermopane, double windows. Utility bills are minimal due to the additional insulation.
The apartment is conveniently located to the LRAFB in a residential area near Foxwood Country Club. We built and rent these apartments and maintain them ourselves. Most of the apartments feature a lovely view out the sliding glass doors. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Many have ceiling fans and off street parking. The residents seem to personalize the apartments to get the feel of a cozy home and community.

This apartment rents for $825 for two, $25 extra per person and $800 security deposit goes up accordingly.
