Description

Single Family Home for sale by owner in Jackson, MI 49202. I have a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom Home I need to sale quickly I am asking 7500. or best offer heres the catch the house was being sold on land contract people were evicted due to non payment but when got them out the city condemned the house , they tore it up bad it is disgusting I am not going to sugar coat it. To get it un condemened it will need a plumbing, electrical and building permit, the plumbing the city inspector said the Drain Line needs replaced, Electrical is the fuse box and the wiring into it done right, building is porches and steps and roof I don't know if it is the whole roof or just part of it, also there is fines that have to be paid the building inspector said they are for a water and sewer bill and back taxes, total of about 800.00 and it looks like the people that were there had a barnyard inside there is animal feces and trash throughout the whole house, if after all this you are still interested you may call or email me. if you ar
