The home is electric with gas heat and an electric hot water heater. Includes use of a refrigerator and stove; there is a separate laundry room with washer dryer connections and cabinets. There is a large front porch and driveway goes to the rear of the house where there is a parking pad and storage shed. Lovely home right in town and within walking distance to everything.

Utilities and Yardcare are the tenants responsibility.
