Seeking a single responsible male (professional or student) for these rooms at this time. These are clean and cozy private bedrooms. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other occupant. Perfect for the discerning individual. Access to common areas which include full kitchen, living/dining room and back yard. Access to free internet is included. Keyed main entry door and keyed bedroom doors for your security and privacy. The premises are protected by a security system which includes alarms and cameras for added security. The area is nevertheless a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Yet the home is located in close proximity to major highways and shopping.

A month-to-month rental agreement is being offered. A $40 application fee for a credit/background check prior to approval is required.

You will need the first month's rent and one month's security deposit to move in:
Room "B" is $725 per month. This is the larger room.
Room "C" is $700 per month. This is the smaller room.

Again, upon approval one month security deposit equal to one month's rent is required as well as the first month's rental payment, which will be prorated based on the actual date the lease is signed and minus any applicable discount.
