Upstairs bathroom was completely remodeled in 2013 with soaker tub, tiled shower, radiant floor heat and ceramic tile floors. First level boasts large mud room/entryway, full bathroom with laundry, kitchen, dining, living and bonus room with walk in closet. Pellet stove in living room can be used as a second heat source. Basement was used as a potato storage in the early years of the home and has high ceilings and is dry. Adjacent lot was purchased in 2015, adding more privacy and separate driveway access that has potential for a garage or storage building, which brings the entire lot to 1.36 acres.
