Requirements:
No smoking. No loud vehicles.
Sorry, no dogs (firm). House cat may be permitted for an additional $45 of pet rent.
Good credit with verified household income of at least $50K (gross) per year required.
Income requirement may be lessened with higher security deposit, or for persons with substantial savings.

Renter's insurance is required. Basic coverage costs as low as $5 per month, and gives you both liability protection, and insures your personal property.

A $40 tenant credit and background check will be required for each applicant. Half of the fee will be refunded if you are accepted.

Gentrification is on in a big way here with property values climbing quickly. It is a walkable urban, beachside neighborhood. I love downtown Oceanside, but I could get priced out soon, which is sad.
