and I have had no problems with crime here.also very very nice that they provide the lawn service and trimming they keep the bushes and lawn trim they keep the outside of the buildings painted and upkeeped they also have automatic sprinklers that water the grass so you're never watering or keeping anything trimmed or anything it always looks nice as far as living here I love it here and this house is very comfortable but I'm moving out of state for personal reasons I have health issues and I'm transferring out of state that's the only reason I'm selling this is a beautiful place I prefer a cash sale or conventional there will be brand new carpet this Friday and we will get some new photos put in with the new carpet ??

    "overall it's a great place to raise a family, but, just like anywhere, check the crime maps and make sure your kids know to stay away from certain parts of town. Downtown Bloomington is where the highest concentration of crime happens. Mostly the college kids are targeted, but just be a little more cautious around there."
