We are located right off I45 and 99, close to the Exxon campus and all the amenities that The Woodlands has to offer. This 2689 sq. ft. house is located on a family friendly street that is not heavily busy with traffic. There are many young family with younger children who are very welcoming and look out for one another.

When you walk in the front door you will see that the living room has cathedral ceilings and laminate floors. Many large windows to view the pool. The kitchen, laundry room and all bathroom have tile flooring. Going upstairs where all the bedrooms are located there is new upgraded carpeting, very soft of the feet. All bedroom closets are large 3 out of 4 are walk-in closets. 2 linen closets are also on the 2nd floor for additional storage room.

In the kitchen the stove is gas and refrigerator is electric (which both are included). Washer are dryer hook-ups are both electric. There are 2 AC units in the house, one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs, and gas heat. In the attic there is room for storage as well.

*Small dogs allowed with nonrefundable $750 pet deposit, *All utilities will be transfered over, into the tenant by the morning of move in date, * Rent is due the 1st of every month and considered late by the 5th of the month and a $50 a day late fee will be assessed for each day late
