The apartment is furnished with a sofa, a night table, a rocking chair and two other chairs, a dining table with 2 dining room type chairs, and 2 lamps. I will also rent the apartment unfurnished or partially furnished. It is located close to Towson shopping and amenities and also local universities and hospitals such as Towson State, Loyola, St. Joseph University of Maryland Hospital, GBMC, and Good Samaritan. The rent is a very reasonable $1050 per month. WIFI, internet, water, and Gas & Electric are included in the $1050 rent. Fios TV is possibly available. No smoking. No pets. Perfect for students and contract nurses. Proof of income is required and references. Security deposit. I offer a month to month lease. Please respond by email or text.
