Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, and water. Lawn maintenance is tenant responsibility, so a mower is necessary. Weekly trash pick-up is included in the monthly rent.

The unit is a no smoking unit. One well-loved animal is allowed.

Detached shared garage with one spot available. Off street parking available as well as plenty of street parking. Would allow space next to the garage to add a small garden if desired.
