MASTER BEDROOM: Very large master bedroom with vaulted ceiling. Large walk-in closet (closet has attic space for storage) master bath has dual sinks, lots of vanity storage, a shower, and a large Roman tub with a beautiful view of the San Gabriel Mountains (Mt. Baldy)
2 BEDROOMS: There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with closets. Both rooms have a large shared bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub. Both rooms have great natural lighting and private entry to the bathroom.
BACKYARD: Heated Pool & Spa (with small waterfalls). Beautifully stained patio deck with propane fire pit/table with chairs. The backyard also has an additional covered patio with patio furniture for entertainment. There is also an 8-person patio table and garden bed box if you like to garden. All patio furniture in pictures is included with the rental. There is also a nice grassy area near the pool with a side gate.
GARAGE: Remote controlled 2-Car garage for cars and storage.
Tenant will pay first month's rent plus deposit ($4,200) and must have renter's insurance.
