"Everyone is friendly. Almost everyone picks up after their dogs. Very little traffic. Traffic is slow. Lots of people drive golf carts."

"Georgetown is a pretty good place for families. There’s not a lot of diversity and the public schools could use some work but kids can ride bikes around the neighborhood safely and everyone is friendly. "

"I have lived here for over two years and it is pleasant. No loud parties, not a lot of crime, especially anything bad. Maybe a few thefts but nothing crazy"

"We love it here & the neighborhood has several different points of access to main roads with very little high traffic areas. The commute to downtown takes roughly 30-45 mins."

"It’s a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with friendly people. Occasionally there are events at the amenity center for holidays and such. The beautiful city of Georgetown. always has something going on. I call it the square that never sleeps. "
